3.2.3 My MOC Tasks

 

My Tasks within the MOC Module shows all MOC Tasks in which the User is required to complete or Tasks where the user is informed about.

By default the thresholds for different colours of tasks notification is set to the following:


  • White: No tasks due for at least 10 days
  • Green: Tasks due within 5 to 10 days
  • Amber: Tasks due within 2 to 5 days
  • Red: Tasks due within 2 days or overdue.


Note, the number of days for each task threshold can be changed and configured within the AdminSuite by System Administrators.


To open My Tasks:

  1. Navigate to the Change Request Register or Change Request Actions Register Menu
  2. Click on the My Tasks button

Task Grid Page includes the following columns:

  • Number
  • Title
  • Status
    • Change Requests
      • New
      • Initial Review
      • Collaborator Review
      • Decision Review
      • Implementation
      • Awaiting Close Out

    • Change Request Actions
      • New
      • Action Owner Review
      • Initial Review
      • In Progress
      • Subscriber Review
      • Awaiting Close Out

MOC Module My Tasks Window


To open a Task:

  1. Navigate to MOC Module (top of the screen)
  2. Click on the My Tasks button
  3. Click on the selected Task Number
  4. The corresponding Change Request or Change Request Action will open.


To further enhance and focus searches for MOC Tasks within the Agility MOC Module you can apply filters to each column on the My Tasks.The Filtering Options can be applied as follows to any column on the My Tasks and have the following options:

  • Show Items with value that:
    • Is equal to
    • In not equal to
    • Starts with
    • Contains
    • Does not contain
    • Ends with
  • Text field
    • And
    • Or
  • Text field
    • Is equal to
    • In not equal to
    • Starts with
    • Contains
    • Does not contain
    • Ends with
  • Filter Button
  • Clear Button

Filtering Options can be applied to multiple columns if required.


Run My Tasks search with Filtering Options applied

  1. Select the required column and click the filter button

  2. Select required parameters from the filtering options available
  3. Click the Filter button
  4. Filtered results will be displayed
  5. To return to the overall Change Request Action Register click Reset.


Print My Tasks search results

  1. Select the Print Button.

 

Export My Tasks search results

  1. Select the Export Button

  2. The CSV File can be opened in Microsoft Excel or saved.
