5.6.5 Manage General Swimlane Themes

 

To manage Swimlane Themes:

    1. Navigate to the System Tab
    2. Click the System Options icon (System Options is displayed, general options tab is opened by default)
    3. Click Swimlane Themes tab

System Options Window – Swimlane Themes


    1. Add New Theme

      • Click the New button

New Swimlane Theme Configuration


      • Specify Theme Name
      • Specify Colours for all 12 actioners

    1. Remove swimlane theme

      • Select required theme
      • Click the Remove button (theme is removed)

Note that swimlane themes that are used in existing process maps cannot be removed.

    1. Click OK.


Note that any changes made to existing swimlane themes will result in changes to existing process maps within the system.
